Conducts wage and salary surveys, job analyses and recommends job description changes.
Administers wage and salary program; monitors merit increase program to ensure internal equity.
Administers employee benefits program.
Investigates all assigned complaints timely.
Oversees the staff disciplinary system, processes disciplinary actions timely.
Initiates Center human resources directives.
Monitors Center worker鈥檚 compensation and OSHA programs.
Monitors Center Affirmative Action programs.
Develops and implements an effective new hire orientation program.
Develops and implements staff development and training program.
Prepares and conducts performance evaluations.
Provides staff training to center management personnel as it relates to Human Resources.
Oversees payroll reporting requirements.
Ensures Equus EEO Policy is communicated and adhered to by all staff.
Serves as the EO Committee chair; maintains current EO log.
Responds to leave requests within required timeframe.
Clearly communicates and consistently models appropriate CSS and employability skills.
Maintains accountability of staff, students, and property.
Adheres to safety practices in all areas of responsibility.
Fosters and sustains a conducive environment at the center, ensuring it remains free from harassment, intimidation, and disrespect, thereby ensuring a safe space for both staff and students to engage in work and learning.
