The Bookkeeper checks expense reports submitted to fiscal for accuracy of content, appropriate signatures and extract pertinent information relating to cash and mathematical accuracy. Records are accurately maintained and reflect acceptable procedures in the General ledger and Supervisor Books. Confers with appropriate individuals in a timely manner. Keeps financial records and performs weekly consolidation reports and trial balance are completed in a timely fashion and submitted to the Investigative Support System.
