Job Description
The Calendar Prep unit is responsible for preparing and delivering disability cases for members of service to the City/Union Trustees monthly and works closely with the NYPD Medical Division to meet required deadlines.
Under the direction of the Unit Supervisors, the selected candidate will perform the duties and responsibilities outlined below, including but not limited to the following:
- Perform general clerical tasks, such as duplicating documents and filing records;
- Review, organize, and insert relevant information into appropriate formats;
- Answer telephone calls and assist Members in person as needed;
- Input and manage data in statistical databases;
- Assist with special projects and carry out other duties as assigned by Unit Supervisors.

Salary: The hiring rate being offered for this position is $47,830. The salary is non-negotiable.

NOTE: This is a full-time on-site position where you will be required to report to the office five (5) days a week for training purposes. After successfully completing training, you may be considered for telework.
