As part of the of the Global HRIS Team and within the HR Competencies People & Culture Culture Direction, you will support the optimization and evolution of the Global Human Resources Information System Processes.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Analyse existing HRIS processes
⢠Map and document HRIS processes
⢠Contribute to the optimization and standardization of HRIS processes
⢠Support the implementation or enhancement of HRIS new features and processes
⢠Collect and analyse user requirements
⢠Participate in testing phases, functional acceptance testing and go-live activities
⢠Prepare functional documentation (user guides, procedures, manuals)
⢠Monitor performance indicators and propose improvement actions
⢠Support user adoption
