We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader โ Sales to lead our Telesales Marketing / Loyalty Sales Consultant team in Jakarta. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching team members, and ensuring targets are consistently achieved.
Drive and sustain high sales performance while adapting to changing market conditions and customer expectations
Coach, mentor, and develop a diverse sales team through regular feedback, performance reviews, and improvement plans
Monitor individual and team performance, providing real-time coaching to improve results and call quality
Ensure all sales calls meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and company policies
Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Identify and implement improvements in sales processes, techniques, and team effectiveness
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing
