The Sales Coordinator is responsible for qualifying and closing sales businesses together with Director of Sales across Americas market.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with sales presentations along with Directors of Sales.
- Creates proposals, accurately reviews all sales quote & contracts.
- Act as the main point of contact for all finalized and contracted sales dealsβ transitioning from the sales team to operations management.
- Attends department training, industry networking events and client meetings.
- Assist in identifying and surpassing monthly, quarterly and annual department goals.
- Assist the Sales Managers in managing day-to-day operations, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Prepare and distribute internal sales reports, track sales performance.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for sales contracts, agreements, and correspondence
- Support the sales team in coordinating bookings and events, ensuring all client requests are promptly addressed.
- Process contracts, client information, and booking details in the organization's management and CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups to all inquiries
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, such as brochures, sales decks, and promotional emails.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales-related activities and special requests
- Provide support during sales events, trade shows, and client meetings as required.
- Track and monitor client feedback, ensuring follow-up actions are taken as needed.
