Within the Global Revenue Strategy team, the Manager of Revenue Excellence & Culture will support the Snr. Director in driving process optimization, standardization, and revenue culture across the organization, with a significant emphasis on processes around revenue management systems.
Reporting directly to the Snr. Director of Revenue Excellence & Culture, this role will be crucial in maintaining revenue process discipline, implementing standardized operating procedures across all systems usage, and enabling commercial strategies defined by the group.
The talent will actively engage in cross-functional team collaborations and provide comprehensive support to various hubs in the adoption and implementation of global processes, ensuring a thorough understanding of the impact on the entire revenue technology stack.
Strategic thinking and strong organizational skillset are essential for this role, as the Manager of Revenue Excellence & Culture will not only drive strategic projects with strong emphasis on processes.
Ultimately, the talent will play a key role in driving best revenue management practices while actively participating in the ambitious systems transformation underway within the group, particularly focusing on the rollout and adoption of Revenue Management Systems (RMS), but also supporting other changes in the Accor technology stack to ensure revenue management needs are considered.
