Administration
- Answer phone calls, check voice mail and email messages daily including all customer service communication regarding website orders in a professional, personable manner in line with Fairmont brand standards
- Order stationary supplies and office equipment
- Welcome incoming guests as they come into the office
- Order warehouse supplies as needed (boxes, tape, etc.)
Accounting Support
- Receive incoming shipments, validate incoming inventory quantities and pass info to Manager, Golf & Retail to process receiving for accounting
- Submit invoices as needed to accounting; experience with Coupa an asset
- Month end reporting; Excel experience an asset
Retail Control Support
- Pick, pack and ship all incoming orders in a timely fashion
- Learn all integrated systems related to the websites; experience with Shopify an asset
- Learn all products carried on the website to provide accurate information to customers
- Email, Live Chat monitored and responded to in a very timely manner
- Answer the 800 number phone and assist customers as needed
- Monitor and review any product pricing/description discrepancies or out of stock items
Corporate Sales
- Respond to order requests given by Vice President of Golf & Retail
- Work with clients and vendors to discuss their needs for events, new hotel launch items and promotional items
- Process hotel orders and ship products
Distribution Center Support
- Receive incoming product
- Conduct inventory spot checks
- Assist with warehouse inventories
- Keep warehouse clean and organized
- Notify Manager, Golf & Retail when product is low so she can place orders in a timely fashion
- Other duties as assigned
