Role Overview
The Director of Access Services will be responsible for leading multiple large-scale initiatives concurrently, from ideation to execution and implementation; reporting to the Head of North American Market Data & Access Services.
This role oversees our North American Access Services products which include physical and logical access to our markets. The ability to manage continuous product development, functionality enhancements, policy changes, and pricing modifications is critical to the role.
The successful candidate will possess strong technical acumen, exceptional business management capabilities, and demonstrate a clear focus on managing and growing revenue to hit growth targets.
The individual will be a self-starter who is intelligent, eager, personable, independent, highly organized, and assertive while also able to embrace a fast-paced, time sensitive, complex, and challenging yet intellectually rewarding financial and technological environment.
Location: Selected candidate must be willing to work a hybrid schedule in our Chicago or NYC office

Our pay ranges are determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, role, experience, level, and location. The national new hire base pay range for this job in the United States is $161,500-$199,500. This range represents the minimum and maximum base pay the company ecboe
