â˘Lead and manage the sales team to achieve both topline and margin goals.
â˘Develop and execute sales strategies by analyzing market trends and monitoring competitor activities.
â˘Set clear sales objectives, KPIs and performance metrics for the team.
â˘Streamline sales process to improve efficiency and scalability. Oversee sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
Customer Relationship Management
â˘Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities.
â˘Deliver value to customers by providing differentiated solutions to solve customersâ technical and operational challenges.
â˘Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Technical Services, Supply Chain, etc.) to deliver the best solutions to customer challenges.
â˘Review and refresh channel strategies to optimize route-to-market to best serve customers in different regions.
ăMinimum Qualificationsă
â˘Bachelorâs degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
â˘Proven experience in sales management within the ion exchange resin or related industry.
â˘Familiarity with F&B, Chemical, Power, or Wastewater sectors is preferred.
â˘Strong leadership, communication, and result-oriented mindset.
