What you will do:
- Assist with inquiries from employees, managers and HR professionals.
- Respond to inquiries accurately, completely, professionally and in a timely manner.
- Review inquiries to identify trends, issues, and inquiries that may be urgent and/or important in nature so that they can be addressed prompty. Review inquiries to see if any need to be triaged to other HR groups for further review and assistance.
- Appropriately escalate issues related to Benefits, Payroll, Stock, Compensation etc. to manager for review and assistance.
- Assist with reporting and presenting monthly, quarterly case metrics and observations, analysis associated with it to the team and manager.
- Identify / Observe opportunities for automation and / or enhancement and suggest solutions accordingly.
- Knowledgebase management
- Quality Assurance around case management
This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice. #LI-Remote
