Resource Management: Allocate and schedule activities for multidisciplinary technical teams (Layout, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Documentation).
Project Controlling: Create, update, and maintain KPIs related to Lead time, Cost, Productivity, and delivery accuracy.
Data Analysis: Monitor progress, anticipate delays, and implement corrective actions through advanced data reporting.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Leaders, and Production teams to ensure resource availability.
Reporting: Conduct regular reporting to technical teams and upper management.
