Responsibilities include below:
- Oversee and uphold product quality from PRD creation to production handover and sustaining phases.
- Define and review product quality criteria and milestones for development and sustaining phases and ensure conformance to the plans
- Perform quality risk assessments on internal and external JIRAs from 3rd party, proactively identifying vulnerabilities
- Drive alignment among cross-functional teams regarding quality standards and objectives.
- Conduct post-mortem reviews and lessons learned analyses on quality challenges during development and sustaining phases.
- Facilitate cross-site, cross-team collaboration to implement actionable improvements from past experiences.
- Develop and execute mitigation strategies using risk management frameworks like FMEA to protect product integrity and business goals.
- Actively participate in engineering processes, such as PRD, DFx, qualification syncs, test plans, and RDT, to ensure alignment with reliability and quality objectives.
- Forecast and address potential quality risks during engineering reviews.
- Identify and address process inefficiencies across the Product Life Cycle (PLC) execution.
- Collaborate with execution teams to implement robust improvement actions.
- Develop and embed quality-centric values, standards, and methodologies across operations.
