Reporting to the Executive Manager People Corporate, as the Senior People Manager - Corporate Affairs, Sustainability, OCEO, you will act as the strategic HR partner to multiple Corporate business units, working closely with GLT members, Executive Managers and Heads of Department.
Youâll own the end to end people agenda for your portfolio â leading people strategy, driving transformation, and influencing enterpriseâwide outcomes. Youâll also provide coaching to People Business Partners, working collaboratively on strategic initiatives and programs.
