Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Test Manager to support a strategic and complex transformation programme for RSA Insurance Group Plc. The role requires strong delivery test management expertise across Finance and Actuarial programmes, with responsibility for leading end-to-end testing across policy and claims administration platforms and related financial systems. The successful candidate will bring extensive QA and Quality Engineering experience, a strong technical background, and deep understanding of regulated insurance environments.
What you will do:
- Develop and lead the overall test strategy, planning and scheduling across multiple releases within the transformation programme.
- Manage system integration testing, data validation, user acceptance testing, regression testing and operational acceptance testing across policy and claims administration platforms and related financial systems.
- Collaborate with Actuarial, Finance, Data Governance and IT teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage aligned with business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Engage and manage stakeholders across cross-functional teams including IFRS17, Actuarial, Regulatory and Statutory Reporting functions.
- Ensure adherence to non-functional requirements including performance, financial controls and service assurance standards.
- Support go-live readiness through detailed cutover planning and post-implementation validation to maintain operational stability.
- Oversee quality assurance governance across finance, actuarial and regulatory transformation initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with change management, release planning and governance frameworks within regulated environments.
