Our client in the Investment Management Industry is looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer to join the Marketing Global Operations team, working collaboratively with the wider marketing function to support various design initiatives. The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders across the business, including portfolio managers, investment teams, sales, communications, marketing, and client operations.
What you will do:
- Learn and embrace the company鈥檚 brand guidelines and values, ensuring consistent brand representation across all print and digital design work.
- Create engaging web designs that enhance user experience and align with brand identity, including email banners, page banners, and infographics.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality graphics and layouts aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design visually compelling content for multi-channel campaigns.
- Design and edit marketing materials including brochures and promotional content using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and PDF editing tools.
- Layout and produce templated PDFs for thought leadership articles using InDesign.
- Create and update marketing documents such as fillable PDFs using Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Edit, resize, and enhance imagery and staff photography using Adobe Photoshop.
- Conduct quality assurance checks, including basic proofreading and ensuring correct English usage for short-form graphic content.
- Maintain file naming consistency and proper organization of design assets.
- Collaborate with one Junior Designer, the web agency, and internal marketing teams including Editorial, Creative, Operational, and Website teams.
- Perform quality control on design deliverables, including review of Junior Designer outputs.
- Organize and prioritize design requests effectively to meet project timelines.
- Develop static and animated charts using data visualization tools like Flourish (training provided).
- Provide minor video editing support for videos, webinars, and podcasts as needed.
