Our client in the investment management industry is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join the firm鈥檚 Marketing Global Operations team, working collaboratively with the wider marketing team to support various design initiatives. The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders across the business, including portfolio managers, investment teams, sales, communications, marketing, and client operations.
- Learn and apply brand guidelines and values, ensuring consistent representation across all print and digital design work.
- Create engaging web designs that enhance user experience and align with brand identity, including email and page banners, infographics, and related materials.
- Leverage Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality graphics and layouts aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually appealing content for campaigns across various media platforms.
- Design and edit marketing materials, including brochures and promotional documents, using Word, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and PDF editing tools.
- Produce and format templated PDFs for thought leadership articles using Adobe InDesign.
- Create and update marketing documents such as fillable PDFs in Adobe Acrobat, integrating Word, PowerPoint, and Creative Suite tools.
- Edit, resize, and enhance images and staff photography using Adobe Photoshop.
- Maintain accuracy and quality control through attention to detail, proofreading, and correct English usage for all short-form content.
- Ensure consistency in file naming, organization, and storage.
- Support quality control processes for your own work and assist with peer reviews where required.
- Prioritize and organize design requests to meet project deadlines.
- Develop static and animated data visualizations using tools such as Flourish (training provided).
- Collaborate closely with one Senior Designer, the Web agency, and the wider Marketing team (Editorial, Creative, Operational, and Website teams).
