- Lead, supervise, and mentor the contract administration team, providing guidance on best practices and professional development
- Develop and implement contract management policies, procedures, and standardized templates to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization
- Review, analyze, and approve contracts to ensure legal compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with organizational objectives
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewal of vendor, supplier, and client agreements
- Maintain comprehensive contract databases and documentation systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and easy accessibility
- Identify and assess potential risks within contracts and recommend mitigation strategies to protect organizational interests
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including finance, legal, procurement, and operations to ensure contract requirements are met
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and financial obligations
- Prepare regular reports and analytics on contract status, performance metrics, and cost savings opportunities
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with external parties to achieve favorable outcomes for the organization
- Ensure all contracts adhere to Saudi Arabian regulations and local business requirements
- Resolve contract disputes and manage amendments or modifications as needed
