At Continental, we are looking for a Retread Specialist to play a strategic and technical role, ensuring that our retread products and processes are applied with excellence and deliver the highest levels of performance and quality to our customers.
Your mission:
Be the technical link between Continental, our customers, and our retread partners — driving business growth through training, audits, technical visits, and continuous process improvement
You will:
- Support the sales team during customer visits by providing technical expertise that strengthens commercial discussions and value proposition
- Identify opportunities to expand retread business with existing customers and within the CLC network
- Highlight technical advantages that can support sales growth and customer retention
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities by aligning technical solutions with customer needs
- Collect field insights and competitor information, sharing feedback to support business and product decisions
- dentify market gaps, customer needs, and potential growth opportunities for the retread business
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Quality, R&D, Customer Service)
- Visit CLCs and customers to provide technical assistance and ensure proper process execution
- Monitor the performance of retreaded products in the field and report improvement opportunities together with Customer Service team
- Assist in the validation and introduction of new treads, compounds, and suppliers
