MISSION:
Be a key contact for Credit Insurance and Services solutions between clients, brokers and Coface internal functions, responsible for renewing portfolio of accounts.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage strategic relationships with clients and brokers, ensuring compliance and providing product/service information
- Resolve client issues and complaints, coordinating with internal departments for timely solutions
- Handle contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and derogation requests as needed
- Execute and improve commercial team processes, providing input to management for development
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
- Attract potential customers by answering inquiries and suggesting additional products/services
- Actively promote new products and solutions of Coface within the existing clients in order to maximize up-selling effect.
- Manage the customer relationship throughout the client life cycle.
