Develop, implement and maintain the safety management system
Work closely and coordinate with various site teams, including Data Center Operation Team, Property Team Security Team, etc. in conducting risk assessments on operational activities
Work closely and coordinate with Project Team and Implementation Team, in reviewing their risk assessments, required permits and monitoring their work safety, on expansion projects and implementation projects
Conduct routine safety inspections and monitor EOHS performance (including customers, customers’ vendors, employees, various site teams, project team, implementation team and vendors) for the data center
Plan and conduct safety trainings and promotions
Hold routine EOHS meetings with site team / management team
Report and record all EOHS incidents, and conduct incident investigation and analysis
Monitor the compliance with all relevant EOHS legislations and prepare relevant reports
Support customer, internal and external audits on EOHS aspect and ensure all audit findings are properly resolved
Ensure all required EOHS records are well maintained
Provide professional advices to management team for decision making regarding EOHS issues
Attend urgent site meetings, conduct site inspection and handle EOHS issues outside working hours if required
