Support the end-to-end payroll functions (e.g. monthly payroll computation, calculation of tax returns, MPF contributions, final payments etc.) for the designated business line within the BU
Maintain accurate employee database and records in HRIS
Manage and monitor the Company's attendance and leave data in HR information system (HRIS) on a daily basis to facilitate report generation for management review and payroll processing
Act as contact point for staff enquiry related to Company leave policy and ESS problem shooting in order to embrace Company policy and reinforce the operation guidelines and procedures
Responsible for the administration management of staff benefit programs such as medical insurance, MPF scheme and employee compensation
Participate in preparing Compensation & Benefits related surveys and regular reports
Handle tax filing and assist with enquiries about payroll matters
