Main tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Ability to write technical reports and treatment proposals.
- Master water analysis tests and provide input during the initial survey, commissioning stage, and ongoing customer service in compliance with the Application Quality Plan.
- Responsible for providing services and assisting customers with problem-solving support regarding their products, applications, and solutions.
- Provide on-site field service and assistance, both over the phone and in person.
- Conduct site surveys and audits of products, applications, and systems.
- Discuss and advise clients on results obtained from sampling, adjust treatment programs to meet customer needs, ensure satisfactory plant performance, and provide advice on potential upgrades and improvements.
- Chemical preparation and dosing at sites.
- Supervise chemical cleaning and disinfecting operations, maintain on-site chemical inventory, ensure prompt submission of purchase orders by clients, and oversee deliveries.
- Ensure proper maintenance of standard equipment and reagents for laboratory and field analysis work, prepare site/field analysis reports, and maintain meticulous records of all tests.
