1. Project Management & Operational Integration
- Assist the Head of Operations in the overall planning, execution, and delivery of waste management projects (e.g., waste / waste water collection, smart facilities management, site management, etc.).
- Lead regular project and operational meetings with government authorities, clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders, serving as the primary operational liaison.
- Lead the day-to-day coordination and resource planning for all site operations, including fleet deployment, material handling, and inventory management.
- Liaise with government authorities (EPD, DSD) and external parties to ensure all project execution, daily operations, and logistics meet statutory and contractual compliance.
2. Site Supervision & Process Optimization
- Directly manage and supervise site teams, frontline staff, and subcontractors to maximize efficiency and ensure adherence to performance pledges and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Optimize on-site process logistics for material flow, storage, and distribution to maximize throughput and minimize processing costs for all recyclables.
- Implement and monitor operational process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and quality standards (ISO, EPD) across all daily activities.
- Monitor site progress against the master program; identify potential delays or risks and propose mitigation measures to the management.
3. Engineering & Documentation
- Maintain comprehensive operational and project documentation, including daily production logs, site diaries, asset registers, and progress reports.
- Prepare, manage, and implement technical documents for all site activities, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), method statements, risk assessments, and material specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, quotations, and cost estimations for both project variation orders and operational improvements.
4. Quality, Safety & Environmental Management
- Ensure all site activities comply with the company鈥檚 ISO standards (Quality, Environmental, and OHS) and local safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and rectify non-compliance issues immediately.
