Responsibilities include:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from on-boarding to off-boarding, and support the entire employment cycle for human resources functions, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, HRIS administration, and employee relations.
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection processes to ensure timely, organized, and comprehensive hiring procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and support, maintaining good communication with staff.
- Assist in annual HR exercises such as performance management, salary review and benchmarking
- Compile and maintain accurate employee records and support HRIS data management.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
