Job Description

Work on queues in the GDS.
Assist Corporate Travelers and VIPs on any customer service related concerns through inbound calls and email communication.
Communicate with the vendors (Hotels, Airlines and Car Rental Companies) through outbound calls.
Will work on a shifting schedule which can be in the graveyard shift, during weekends and holidays
