Carrying out implementation presentations and workshops with an external client, focusing on Ivalua Buyer platform presentation in standard configuration
Collecting business requirements, refinement and support clients in defining their end user needs (gap analysis)
Analysis of specific business requirements in terms of its technical feasibility and respect to Ivalua configuration best practices
Translating and redefining business requirements into functional specification
Translating functional specification into user stories, creating a product backlog
Cooperation with application engineers and integration engineers to ensure that the Ivalua system is configured according to the client's requirements
Continuous and close cooperation with the Customer's Product Owner in each implementation project phase (Design / Build / Test / Hyper Care) in accordance with the SCRUM methodology.
Cooperation with the Project Manager in tasks scheduling and project scope management
Building and maintaining business relationships with the client
