Job Title: Sourcing Coordinator (Professional Services / Marketing)
Role SummaryThe Sourcing Coordinator will serve as a highly autonomous, cross-functional resource supporting Professional Services and Marketing initiatives. This role is designed for a strong, self-directed individual who can independently source, evaluate, and execute marketing- and PS-related needs without requiring detailed instruction. The ideal candidate can take high-level direction, translate it into action, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a flexible PS/Marketing âfloater,â supporting a variety of initiatives as business needs evolve
- Source, assess, and coordinate marketing and Professional Services resources, inputs, and opportunities
- Own assigned marketing-related workstreams end-to-end, from intake through execution
- Translate ambiguous or high-level requests into clear, actionable deliverables
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Professional Services, Marketing, Finance, and Operations⢠Manage timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups to ensure progress and accountability
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions
- Provide concise status updates and maintain documentation for leadership visibilityWhat This Role Is Not
