As an IT Technician, you'll play a central role in supporting the day-to-day IT operations at our Tel Aviv offices, ensuring seamless functionality of our technical infrastructure and providing top-notch service to Wix employees. In your day-to-day, you will:
ā¢ Run the day-to-day IT operations at Wix Campus.
ā¢ Oversee all IT technician aspects of Wix, including events, employee onboarding/offboarding, inventory management, and end-of-employment processes
ā¢ Work closely with the IT and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows
ā¢ Find and implement technical solutions for the specific needs of our employees
ā¢ Manage IT orders, stock, and collaborate with suppliers and vendors
ā¢ Coordinate and manage equipment repair and technical projects
