As the dedicated IT Support for Base44, you’ll wear two hats: you’re a pro member of the Wix Global IT team, but also a strategic partner for Base44. You'll bridge between Base44’s needs and Wix’s Internal Platform Engineering world. You’ll translate complex technical needs into fast, on-the-ground solutions, making sure Base44 has every tool they need to run full speed ahead without any friction and align them with Wix’s technical infrastructure.
In your day-to-day, you will :
- Be the go-to person for Base44, ensuring employees are provided efficient and timely desktop and local infrastructure support
- Manage the end-to-end technical onboarding and offboarding for Base44, guaranteeing new hires are integrated into both the Wix ecosystem and Base44’s specific cloud environments from day one
- Cloud & Dev-Ops Support: Manage and troubleshoot user permissions and environments for Cloud-native tools (GCP, AWS, GitHub and etc…) securing seamless access to Base44 team tools
- Monitor and respond to tickets with our agreed SLAs
- Supervise Base44’s IT environment, including infrastructure, computers, end-users, and permission management
- Participate in global IT projects while identifying specific opportunities to implement AI tools or automated processes that benefit the Base44 workflow
