We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our Wix team. As an UX Designer, Youāll collaborate daily with product managers, developers, analysts, and other designers to create intuitive flows and designs that help users grow and thrive online. In your day-to-day, you will:
ā¢ Collaborate with PMs, developers, and other designers to ensure UX solutions align with user needs
ā¢ Present and validate design decisions through data and user feedback
ā¢ Contribute to design guidelines to maintain consistent and scalable design patterns
ā¢ Continuously refine and evolve designs based on user needs, and insights from both quantitative (analytics, metrics) and qualitative (user testing, interviews) data, as well as business needs
