Strategic Account Manager (Market Data)
Financial institutions depend on accurate and well-governed market data. Once implemented, the real value lies in how that data is governed, optimised and expanded over time.
We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager who takes commercial ownership of our existing client portfolio and develops it with structure and discipline. This role is about long-term value creation – not support, not ticket handling.
You will take responsibility for accounts approximately six months after contract signing and develop them with a clear land-and-expand strategy. Your primary objective is near-zero churn combined with structured account growth.
You bring commercial focus, seniority and market data expertise to complex stakeholder environments where decision cycles are long and expectations are high.
What you will be responsible for :
You act as the primary commercial point of contact for your accounts, maintaining oversight of contractual scope, usage and licensing, and proactively identifying expansion or optimisation opportunities.
Developing and executing structured account plans
Driving near-zero churn across strategic accounts
Identifying, shaping and realising upsell opportunities
Leading quarterly business reviews and executive-level conversations
Managing market data licensing discussions with confidence
Acting as the commercial owner of the account after transition from Sales
Professionalising and developing strategic integration partnerships
You will bring structure to our strategic integration partnerships by defining clear collaboration frameworks, aligning joint propositions and ensuring measurable contribution to our commercial objectives.
