We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and service oriented Beauty Advisor & Aesthetician. As a Noble Panacea Beauty Advisor & Aesthetician, you will represent the brand and offer in-depth knowledge of our products and technology. You will be responsible for sales performance, daily operations of counter with emphasis on performing facials, personalized customer service, clienteling, and follow up. You will provide welcoming, authentic and personalized service to achieve all customer service and sales targets. With your passion for people; the environment and company; products and services, you will ensure that each customer has a unique and memorable in-store experience which educates, inspires, and delights them.
You will also use your exceptional people skills to build collaborative working relationships with the rest of your team to ensure that the counter along with the treatment room meet Noble Panacea’s high standards of visual merchandising. 1. Represent the brand image, provide professional and personalized skincare consulting services for customers, accurately identify skin needs and recommend suitable products and skincare solutions.
2. Master brand culture, product knowledge, efficacy and usage, explain products to customers in accordance with brand standards and conduct product demonstrations as required.
3. Achieve the brand's monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets, actively develop new customers, maintain customer relationships, and improve customer loyalty and repurchase rate through refined follow-up services.
4. Proficiently operate POS and various operation systems/reports, efficiently complete transaction processes, and accurately enter sales data and customer information into the brand management system.
5. Maintain the counter image in accordance with the brand's visual display standards to ensure a clean, standardized and uniform display.
6. Participate in the brand's offline promotions, new product launches and various trainings, and create an exceptional in-store experience for customers with professional capabilities.
7. Communicate actively with the Sales & Education Manager, timely feed back customer needs, market information and sales data, and put forward constructive suggestions for sales work.
8. Abide by the brand's dress code, maintain a professional and polished personal image, and convey the brand's high-end and professional temperament with sincere and enthusiastic service.
Requirements
1. High school diploma or above, with relevant beauty industry qualification certificates preferred.
2. Elegant appearance, good skin condition, graceful temperament and appropriate manners.
3. At least 7 years of working experience in the high-end luxury skincare industry, with practical experience in consulting, sales and customer relationship maintenance at high-end skincare counters.
4. Proficient in professional skincare knowledge, able to accurately judge various skin types and provide targeted skincare solutions.
5. Excellent team spirit and communication skills, good at collaboration and customer connection.
6. Proficient in operating basic office software with basic data processing capabilities.
7. Candidates with social media operation and live streaming experience are preferred.
