Position Summary
As an integral member of the Workplace Violence Prevention (WVP) Program at UHN, the Administrative Quality Lead provides organizational, operational, and quality leadership in support of the program’s mission to enhance safety, trust, and respect across all sites. Reporting to the Medical Director, the Administrative Quality Lead supports coordination, quality improvement, and administrative oversight for WVP initiatives and related governance structures. This role facilitates data-driven decision-making, ensures consistent documentation and communication standards, and contributes to system-wide program integration aligned with UHN’s strategic goals and legislative compliance requirements. The position plays a key leadership role within the administrative team by mentoring staff, optimizing workflows, promoting continuous quality improvement, and fostering a supportive, high-performing environment grounded in UHN values of safety, accountability, and collaboration.
