As our Head of HR Business Partnering â youâll lead, coach and develop our team of HR Business Partners to deliver a best-in-class support across our international locations. You own and deliver the people strategy across all organisational pillars, working hands-on with leaders to boost organisational effectiveness, build leadership capability, and embed a high-performance culture that scales with our growth ambitions. Youâll translate strategy into measurable HR programs, advise senior leadership on talent, succession and performance, and lead people-centric change to accelerate business outcomes.
Your playing field:
- Partner with the Director of HR to design and execute the people strategy, ensuring alignment with Tipico-wide goals and culture.
- Support organizational growth and transformation initiatives, including scaling digital capabilities, integrating new technologies, and evolving ways of working.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on org design, talent, succession, and performance; identify structural and process bottlenecks and implement practical fixes to speed decisions, clarify roles, and boost team impact.
- Manage and resolve sensitive and complex employee relations issues, recommending risk-free solutions to ensure that best HR practices are being adopted.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring consistent standards of delivery and strategic alignment.
- Partner with business leaders to improve engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of HR and Legal/Compliance teams to ensure adherence to all regulatory and labour law requirements.
- Provide oversight and governance for employee relations cases, workforce planning, and restructuring activities.
- Work closely in collaboration with the HR senior leadership team including HR operations, HR centre of excellence, talent acquisition and learning & development.
