Play an integral role managing and mentoring both Consumer PR and Nutrition Communications groups within the Corporate Communications Department, while also serving as a critical partner with and deputy to Chief Corporate Affairs Officer on Corporate PR matters.
Interface with The Wonderful Company owners directly representing the Department鈥檚 work.
Shape the next level of innovation for communications initiatives, aligned with business objectives and brand priorities.
Monitor trends, measure performance, and continuously identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Provide executive-level counsel to leadership on messaging, reputation management, and communication opportunities and risks.
Support the development and execution of annual public relations plans for The Wonderful Company鈥檚 portfolio of brands.
Oversee PR budgets, negotiations, events, and health outreach programs that reinforce brand values and engagement.
Foster external media relations efforts, including proactive storytelling, reactive inquiries, and relationship management with key reporters and media outlets.
Lead crisis communication planning, preparedness, and real-time response.
Advise senior leadership and business units on risk mitigation and issues management.
Play a role managing our South Pacific communications and PR work for FIJI Water in-country (i.e., rugby partnership, ag initiatives, Career Center, and FIJI Water Foundation) as well as Neptune Pacific.
