Wonderful Scholar Summer Internship, Learning & Organization Development (L&OD)

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Wonderful Scholar for a full-time 8-week summer internship. In this position, you will gain hands-on experience under the guidance of the Learning & Organization Development Specialist.

This position will be based onsite (not remote) at Wonderful Citrus located in Delano, CA. This schedule for this internship is 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Days of the week and work hours may change due to business needs. 

Here’s what you’ll do:  

• Provide end-to-end logistical support, including scheduling program communication, material preparation, catering coordination, and day of set up/support
• Directly support the L&OD team with program content updates and execution of new development programs
• Collect feedback and conduct evaluations to suggest improvements and innovation to existing programs
• Produce virtual programming through Microsoft Teams or Zoom
