Serve as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, carriers, and warehouse partners via phone and email.
Process and manage multiple fresh and industrial orders, ensuring on-time delivery through a network of warehouses and parcel/trucking carriers.
Plan, coordinate, and arrange domestic and specialty such as VIP customers and sample shipments.
Research, investigate, and resolve delivery issues, including issuing credits or arranging product replacements as needed.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers and third-party logistics providers.
Support supply chain planning, sales operations, and business expansion initiatives.
Independently handle and resolve customer complaints related to billing discrepancies or service issues.
Deliver prompt, efficient, and exceptional customer service for inquiries related to billing, products, order tracking, payments, and general account support.
Analyze customer orders to ensure alignment with inventory availability while minimizing operational and shipping costs.
Manage day to day communication with 3PLs and transportation on your accounts in order to trouble shoot issues
