Overview:
This person will oversee operations of the processing crew and activities in the production area.
Here's what you'll do:
- In charge of rotating break times in the area, and scheduling crew times for process, sanitation and other tasks.
- Ensures production area is operating efficiently.
- Provides Preventive Maintenance during season and off-season to all processing area equipment.
- Be aware of and comply with current good manufacturing practices regarding; proper food handling techniques, food-protection principles, the danger of poor personal hygiene and unsanitary practices
- Individual will be the lead for the receiving area crews, and should oversee all related activities.
