Summer Internship, Sales

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible scholar for a full-time 8-week summer internship. In this position, you will gain hands-on experience under the guidance of our talented professionals. You will work closely with our elite sales leaders in planning and execution marketing and sales tasks.

This position will be based on-site at Wonderful Citrus located in Delano, CA. The schedule for this internship is Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Days of the week and work hours may change due to business needs.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for accurate order entry including prices and quantities
• Understand at a basic level, the sizing, grades, shipping/packing locations and pack styles
• Awareness of product availability to effectively support the sales team
• Communicate regularly through email and verbal communication with Account Executives/managers to stay up to date on any changes and or availabilities
• Communicate with the internal transportation and or outside transportation companies to set up appointment times, follow up on no shows, and address cancelled orders to all parties involved
