Job Description
Seasonal vineyard operations such as data collection, assistance with crop forecasting, vineyard monitoring and scouting
Berry/Cluster Sugar sampling from assigned vineyard blocks
Assist in running lab analysis: brix, pH and TA
Most of your internship will be spent in the vineyards scouting and monitoring growth and maturity of Burgundian and Bordeaux varieties. As grape sampling and maturity monitoring wanes, time will be spent at Lewis assisting with the winery鈥檚 harvest needs (cleaning, crushing, sorting table, cleaning, barrel work, pump-overs & more cleaning)
