What You鈥檒l Do
You will serve as a key driver of commercial momentum by initiating outreach, qualifying accounts, and ensuring opportunities stay active and progressing.
Responsibilities include:
- Researching and building detailed prospect profiles within target accounts
- Identifying and reaching decision makers in complex organizations
- Conducting cold outreach by phone and email to initiate conversations
- Securing meetings and coordinating multi-stakeholder discussions for Account Managers
- Maintaining disciplined CRM documentation in HubSpot
- Monitoring follow-ups and next steps to prevent stalled opportunities
- Supporting onboarding touchpoints and ongoing engagement coordination
- Contributing to outreach workflows and engagement process improvements
This role partners closely with Account Managers and Customer Experience to create visibility, accountability, and consistent movement across the customer journey.
