Job Description
Own the S&OP process for assigned citrus varieties
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Sourcing to align demand and supply plans
Analyze inventory performance across citrus varieties, proactively identify aged and slow-moving inventory, and partner cross-functionally to develop action plans
Measure and report out Exporter performance, including volume adherence and quality
Build and enhance dashboards, reports, and presentation materials for S&OP meetings
Present insights and recommendations to cross functional stakeholders
Monitor inbound shipment schedules and port arrivals to ensure alignment with demand plans
Identify manual or inefficient processes and recommend automation solutions
Support Operations teams with ad hoc analysis and tasks
