This position is part of the company financial planning and Analysis Team. As the Senior Finance Analyst, you work with business partners to turn analysis into value-adding insight. Also, you will support the Business Partner's to create the annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts.
Main Accountabilities& Responsibilities:
- Proactively work & business partner with key commercial stakeholders across the organisation, to identify and model key business drivers, trends and KPIs, as well as understand and own the ad-hoc elements
- Increase productivity by developing automated daily/weekly/monthly reporting & forecasting tools, ensuring we have data that can be sliced & diced numerous ways to streamline processes and foster business understanding
- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization, moving from data churning into more story telling for exec level colleagues. Master the art of how to present & mould data to drive commercial buy in & business performance
- Work closely with colleagues across the FP&A team, providing support where necessary in areas such as reforecasting.
- ID of risks and opportunities, communicating and drawing attention to areas of interest where applicable to the necessary stakeholders
- Ability to distil large complex data into clear, concise & understandable outputs
- To continue evolution of gaining a deep understanding of the numbers, able to spot mistakes within datasets even from a high level
- Ad-hoc responsibilities with group & venues functions where necessary, ensure correct submissions with reliable data
