We're looking for a highly skilled Senior NOC Engineer to take ownership of critical incident management, drive operational excellence, and mentor our NOC team. If you love solving complex problems, improving processes, and being the go鈥憈o technical expert, this role is for you.
What You鈥檒l Do
- Lead Incident Management: Run Post鈥慖ncident Reviews, drive root鈥慶ause analysis, and ensure quick, accurate resolution of critical digital and retail incidents.
- Elevate Operations: Own and improve NOC procedures, runbooks, monitoring standards, and escalation processes.
- Technical Expertise: Monitor digital platforms, networks, and retail environments using tools like New Relic, Meraki, SolarWinds, and OpsGenie. Troubleshoot advanced network/application issues and support switch configurations and network segmentation.
- Stakeholder Engagementr: Act as the key link between NOC, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security teams, and external partners, communicating updates clearly and professionally.
- Shift Leadership Coverage: Support shift coverage (including on鈥慶all), guide NOC engineers, and contribute to upskilling the team.
- Knowledge Management: Create and maintain high-quality KB articles while sharing expertise through training sessions.
