This is 8 months fixed term contract position.
- Be responsible for the RFP response - Identify, design and develop solutions by working on a wide range of research methodologies such as brand health, brand lift, audience segmentation, opportunity to see and digital tagging to meet clientsâ needs across all 4 verticals (A&A, B&P, P&D, MMS) in Asia.
- Teaming up with Commercial team
- To regularly participate in client meetings to deepen relationships via high value client engagement, including project prep & launch, ongoing optimization and recommendations
- Leverage project insights / reporting to proactively identify, pitch, and close incremental opportunities to help grow the business
- Collaborate with MA operations teamâs project pacing, delivery and reporting and optimize to meet client objectives.
- Manage qualitative studies by guiding the external vendors to recruit the right samples, prepare questionnaires, and ensure the sessions go as per clientsâ requirements.
- Review final findings / reports from the MA operations team and provide comprehensive, actionable insights and recommendations via effective data storytelling / presentation and wrap ups.
- Understand our verticalsâ business strategies to proactively develop growth opportunities and tailor commercial approaches
- Partner with cross-functional internal organizations (Commercial team, MA operations team, MA global team) to structure projects and/or growth opportunities to meet clientâs expectations and regional sales targets on a quarterly basis.
- Lead proactive initiatives / projects involving sophisticated work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally)
- Serve as the solution authority by educating internal stakeholders and clients on the new and existing MA solutions, as well as advising on MA standard processes and tailored project optimization
