Responsible for the processing and delivery of defined reports and processes, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of data, and maintaining measures that gauge process performance. This role acts as a resource for colleagues, identifying issues and solving atypical problems based on proven practices and procedures. Provides expert-level support to ensure timely and quality responses around incident tracking activity, process complex reports, and contribute to process improvements within the Operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Support process owners by working with key stakeholders to provide expert-level support, ensuring timely and quality responses to all incident tracking activity.
- Process defined reports, schedules, and processes, adhering to defined procedures, delivery schedules, and SLAs.
- Ensure the quality of assigned work, utilizing current standards and established data relationships and calculations.
- Support a "root cause" culture to ensure true resolution is achieved for all identified performance incidents.
- Provide constructive input to Process Owners and Leaders to optimize and improve operations.
- Understand the relationship of assigned processes to both upstream and downstream processes to guarantee clean data delivery, eliminating rework from any team.
- Coordinate process or delivery handoffs with Operations teams to meet established deliverables; escalate issues appropriately.
- Transfer process knowledge from one assignment to another with minimal to no training.
- Participate in developing operational requirements for process changes.
- Prepare reports and respond with supporting data for audits.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
