Role Summary
Fantastic Opportunity for an AI Presales Consultant to support our Microsoft partner practice, with a primary focus on Copilot Studio.
This role is critical to helping customers move from AI interest to AI adoption, working alongside sales, delivery, and Microsoft field teams to design, position, and demonstrate secure, scalable AI solutions.
You will act as a technical sales leader, shaping solution direction, influencing deal strategy, and ensuring our AI offerings are differentiated, repeatable, and aligned with Microsoft best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Presales & Deal Support
- Partner with account executives and Microsoft sellers to qualify, shape, and progress AI opportunities
- Lead technical discovery sessions to identify high-value AI use cases aligned to customer business outcomes
- Own the technical win strategy in presales, from first meeting through close
- Support responses to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals with clear and compelling AI solution designs
Copilot Studio (Primary Focus)
- Architect, design, and demonstrate Copilot Studio solutions for enterprise and mid-market customers
- Build reusable demos, accelerators, and POCs that align to partner offerings and industry scenarios
- Advise customers on:
- Copilot orchestration and conversational design
- Plugin and connector integration
- Security, governance, and tenant-level controls
- Position Copilot Studio as a production-ready platform, not just a chatbot tool
Practice & Offering Development
- Work with practice leadership to define repeatable AI offerings and packaged solutions
- Contribute to demo environments, sales playbooks, architecture diagrams, and technical collateral
- Share field feedback to refine offerings, pricing, and delivery approaches
- Support internal enablement of sales and delivery teams on Copilot Studio and AI Foundry
