Achieve the marketing goals for field crop seed business including quantitative targets like sales, market share, profitability, and qualitative targets like competitiveness of Syngenta FC business, brand establishment, etc.
Provide marketing insight for new product development and new product evaluation
Lead and manage annual cycle of HPC forums, 5YP discussion, NPL, etc…
Strong collaboration with P&S and cross function to ensure the product launching timeline, accurate & timely advertising & promotional materials following the New Product Introduction (NPI) process
Support implementation of annual and mid-term advertising and promotion program. Monitor the marketing budget of FC Seed
Strong collaboration with the sales and MD team in executing seasonal campaigns and identifying ways to improve for coming seasons.
Training sales force on product and market knowledge, offering technical selling points, product positioning and commercial opportunities
Lead and execute all digital MKT initiatives on social media platform (Facebook, YouTube, Zalo,…) as well as internal digital solutions
Provide support & training to help improve digital MKT understanding & ability among VN FC seed commercial team.
