The Operator ensures the smooth operation of Movu鈥檚 systems at customer sites after commissioning and before the official handover. They act as the primary user of the system during this phase, validating its functionality, identifying any inconsistencies, and ensuring stability before final acceptance. By closely monitoring system performance, reporting issues, and maintaining detailed logs, the Operator plays a key role in delivering a fully functional and reliable system to the customer. The role requires a proactive approach, strong technical insight, and close collaboration with product experts and commissioning engineers.
System Operation & Testing

- Maintain a structured log file, documenting daily observations, detected issues, troubleshooting actions, and potential improvements.
- Support continuous improvement by providing detailed feedback on system performance before handover.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with commissioning engineers, product experts, and customer teams to ensure seamless system operation.
- Act as a key point of contact for customer feedback regarding system performance before handover.
- Clearly communicate detected issues and follow up on resolutions to ensure a stable and fully functional system for the customer.
